配送・送料について
・送料は全国一律税込650円です（北海道・沖縄県を除く）。
・北海道、沖縄県への配送は、税込1,550円になります。
・一回のご発注金額が税込7,000円以上の場合は、国内地域に関わらず送料無料でお届けいたします。
配送業者について
・配送業者は、佐川急便またはヤマト運輸です。
お届け日数について
・商品は、ご発注から５営業日以内にお届けいたします。休日や祝日の期間中は、発送不可のため配達に遅延が生じる場合がございます。
※天候、交通事情などにより配送が遅延する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
発送日時指定について
・申し訳ございませんが、ご発注時に配達日時を指定することはできません。日時指定をご希望される場合は、注文発送確認メールを受信後、発送業者に直接日時指定の依頼をしてください。
海外への発送について
・申し訳ございませんが、対応しておりません。日本国内のみの配達となります。
ご連絡方法について
・発送日から５営業日以内にご注文の商品が届かない場合は、下記までメールにてお問い合わせください。

その他
・商品が配達中に紛失された場合には、同じ商品を無料で再送、または全額補償いたします。
・発送された商品が、保管期限を過ぎて、または配送先ご住所の間違いにより返送された場合には、送料の返金は致しかねます。

- We use SAGAWA EXPRESS CO.,LTD（佐川急便) or YAMATO TRANSPORT CO.,LTD（ヤマト運輸）for JAPAN deliveries.
- Overseas shipping is not supported. Delivery available only in Japan.
- Delivery cost is 850 yen including tax regardless of region, excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa.
- Delivery to Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture is 1,550 yen including tax.
- If your order amount is 7,000 yen or more including tax, we will deliver free shipping cost regardless of domestic area.
- For standard delivery depends on customer location [including free postage deliveries], our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch it within 5 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was dispatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days, please contact us directly.
- We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
- If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please email us at richardteajp@gmail.com. We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 30 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
- We will replace lost orders free of charge.
- If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
